Corn Chowder With Potato, Tomato, and Celery (Recipe)

Celery is light for digestion, and it is a diuretic. Curry, chipotle, and black pepper stimulate digestion, too.

Directions

Place chopped-up tomatoes, potatoes, corn, celery, and salt into a pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, saute the spices in the oil and add the onions until browned. Add to soup. Garnish with lime juice before serving.
