Dog Dumped on Sideroad with a 'Bye-Bye' by Owner is Rescued – Watch How He's Doing

Now, if the humans would only appreciate their unborn babies instead of hauling them off to be aborted. We treat dogs and cats better than we treat our own flesh and blood. Guess who adopted this doggie? The police department did and made him their mascot and named him Kismet and it looks like they are spoiling him rotten, which he deserves.

When the two perpetrators of this crime are found guilty and sentenced, I hope there is a jail sentence included. Then the police can attach a 'bye,bye' sign on THEM as they enter their cell. Maybe it will sink in (although I strongly doubt it) what they have done and get them to re-examine their lives. Also they should be forbidden to own ANY pets for the remainder of their lives.

I would have kept this dog, not giving it away anymore.

Hopefully someone got their plate number off the video and they at very least got a hefty fine. They should do jail time. POS excuse of human
